The primary focus of the project was to extend upon the innovative design concept developed for use at Sportspectrum and to further develop commercial space along Fern Avenue in Shreveport.

Structural insulated panels were selected to frame the building reducing the mechanical systems requirements and cost by one third. Limestone, stucco, and glass are utilized as exterior veneer materials. These materials combine to create a sense of quality and express the dynamic nature of the building.
