The sale of an existing inefficient medical office building from an area hospital to an independent physician group lead to the reworking of the existing space and the addition of a state of the art surgery center. With restricted site access as a constraint, this innovative design efficiently provides for the circulation of physicians, caregivers, and patients throughout the facility. The new building will house the medical offices of several orthopedic sub-specialty divisions as well as an eight room outpatient surgical center.
