Somdal Associates proposed design work for a 30+ acre site along Fern Avenue, consisting of two primary tracts divided by the roadway and bordered by natural bayous. The concept envisions a safe, vibrant, and pedestrian-friendly mixed-use community that connects nearby offices, apartments, and neighborhoods while offering upscale urban living.
